The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a Reflection on 2025 Performance Achievements on Tuesday, December 9, 2025, in the Meeting Room of the Dean’s Office, 2nd Floor. The event, which took place at 1:00 PM WIB, was led by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., the Head of General Affairs, Susi Heptariani, S.E.Ak., M.Ak., the Heads of Working Groups (Pokja), as well as all educational staff of FISIP as a form of collective commitment to improving performance, professionalism, and the quality of faculty services.
Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the dedication of all educational staff throughout 2025 and emphasized that this reflection is an important part of the continuous evaluation mechanism for the programs that have been implemented.
“This reflection on performance achievements serves as a strategic moment to examine how optimally we have carried out our targets and work plans. We appreciate the hard work of the heads of divisions, the heads of working groups, and all staff who have contributed to strengthening the faculty’s governance.”
On the same occasion, the Head of General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Susi Heptariani, S.E.Ak., M.Ak., highlighted the importance of comprehensive evaluation within each work unit to ensure the fulfillment of predetermined targets. She also conveyed that in the future, the performance assessment process will refer to the e-SKP system, which is more transparent, accountable, and integrated with the staffing system.
Throughout the event, each division presented its performance achievements, work plan realization, as well as various obstacles and challenges encountered during the year. These presentations were supported by data and performance indicators as a form of accountability for the implementation of tasks and functions within each work unit.
Through this reflection agenda, FISIP Universitas Riau reaffirmed its commitment to continuous improvement in all aspects of governance. It is hoped that all components within the faculty will become more solid, enthusiastic, and capable of consistently improving the quality of academic and administrative services.
With this spirit, FISIP Universitas Riau is optimistic about realizing excellent, professional, transparent, and highly competitive governance at the national level, in line with the increasingly competitive dynamics of higher education. (Enggy-RIRY)
