With a structured and integrated system flow, the academic supervision process can be more transparent, well-documented, and easily monitored,” he stated.
He also highlighted the importance of synergy among faculty leaders, technical teams, and all work units to ensure that the system being designed truly meets field requirements, is user-friendly, and can be implemented optimally and sustainably. According to him, the success of digital transformation depends not only on technological sophistication but also on the readiness of human resources and a shared commitment to implementing change.

On the same occasion, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed positive feedback on the initiative to develop the online supervision system. He conveyed his appreciation for the performance of the Digitalization Team and all parties involved in driving innovation in academic services within FISIP.

Furthermore, he expressed his hope that the developed online supervision system would become one of the best practice models at the faculty level that could be replicated by other units, while also supporting the achievement of the university’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), particularly in governance, educational services, and student satisfaction.
Through this coordination meeting, it is expected that an integrated, adaptive, and sustainable online supervision system will be realized, thereby enhancing the quality of academic services, strengthening digital transformation, and supporting the realization of FISIP UNRI as an excellent, innovative, and competitive faculty.
