The activity was led by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., who specifically emphasized the importance of maintaining work discipline during the holy month of Ramadan. According to her, fasting should not be used as a reason for declining enthusiasm and productivity; instead, it should serve as momentum to strengthen integrity, responsibility, and work ethic.
Dr. Mayarni also reminded all education staff to maintain the quality of administrative services despite adjustments to working hours during Ramadan. Professionalism is reflected in consistency at work, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a conducive and collaborative working environment.

On a separate occasion, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the commitment of all education staff who continuously strive to improve service quality. He stated that enhancing the quality of human resources is the key to realizing professional, transparent, and accountable faculty governance.
“Education staff are the backbone of institutional services. Therefore, capacity building, work ethic, and integrity must remain our collective priority. Regular evaluations like this are expected to drive continuous improvement and innovation in the service system at FISIP UNRI,” he remarked.
On the same occasion, the Head of the General Affairs Division of FISIP UNRI, Susi Heptariani, SE.Ak., M.Ak., provided an explanation regarding the completion of the 2026 E-SKP, which begins to be optimized in March. She emphasized that all PNS and PPPK education staff must promptly prepare and input their Employee Performance Targets in a timely manner in accordance with applicable regulations.

“We expect all education staff not to delay the completion of the E-SKP. Ensure that the data entered aligns with each individual’s duties and functions, as this will serve as the basis for annual performance evaluation,” she stressed.
During the evaluation session, each Head of Working Group presented performance reports, program achievements, challenges encountered, and follow-up plans to improve work quality in the coming month. The discussion proceeded dynamically with various constructive inputs aimed at strengthening cross-unit work systems.
