Pekanbaru, February 13, 2026 — Dharma Wanita Persatuan (DWP) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), organized a distribution of basic food packages for all cleaning and security personnel within the FISIP UNRI environment on Friday (13/2). The activity took place at the Drs. Sutan BalAIa Auditorium as part of a series of family-oriented events held by the faculty to welcome the Holy Month of Ramadan 1447 H.
The food packages were personally handed over by the Chairwoman of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP UNRI, Mrs. Deli Meyzi, as a form of appreciation for the vital role played by cleaning and security staff in maintaining comfort, cleanliness, and safety across the faculty. The handover moment was warm and filled with a strong sense of togetherness.
In her remarks, Mrs. Deli Meyzi emphasized that the activity reflected care and appreciation for personnel who consistently support daily campus operations. “Cleaning and security personnel are an essential part of the FISIP family. Ahead of Ramadan, we wish to share as a gesture of concern and gratitude for their outstanding dedication. May these food packages be beneficial and bring blessings,” she said.
Through this initiative, Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP UNRI hopes to continuously foster a spirit of mutual support and social care within the FISIP Universitas Riau community. DWP also invites all members of the academic community to maintain solidarity, strengthen a culture of appreciation, and nurture togetherness in creating increasingly better campus services.
