Emphasizing a Culture of Work Discipline, Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs Leads Evaluation of FISIP UNRI Administrative Staff

Pekanbaru, February 13, 2026 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held an internal meeting to evaluate the performance of its Administrative Staff for January 2026, on Friday (13/2) at 08.00 a.m. WIB, at the Dean’s Meeting Room, 2nd Floor of the FISIP UNRI Building.

The meeting was attended by the Head of General Affairs, the Heads of Working Group Teams (Pokja) comprising the Academic and Student Affairs Working Group, the Finance and Personnel Working Group, the General Affairs and Academic Facilities Working Group, the Coordinator of the Branch Library, as well as all Administrative Staff consisting of Civil Servants (PNS) and Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) within the FISIP UNRI environment.

The evaluation meeting aimed to review performance achievements throughout January 2026, identify obstacles encountered in carrying out duties, and formulate improvement measures and strategies to enhance future performance. This regular evaluation forms an integral part of FISIP UNRI’s efforts to maintain high standards of administrative governance and academic services that are professional, effective, and accountable.

On the occasion, the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., delivered her remarks, emphasizing the importance of routine evaluations as a means to strengthen discipline, integrity, and work productivity among administrative staff.

Dr. Mayarni further stated that all employees are expected to continuously uphold a culture of discipline, improve work quality, strengthen inter-departmental coordination, and build effective communication in order to achieve excellent services for the academic community. According to her, team synergy and solidarity are the key factors in supporting smooth faculty operations and achieving institutional performance targets.

Furthermore, Dr. Mayarni encouraged all administrative staff to use this evaluation momentum as an opportunity for reflection and continuous improvement, so that FISIP UNRI can consistently enhance the quality of institutional governance and provide high-quality, responsive public services oriented toward user satisfaction.

Through this evaluation meeting, it is expected that a shared commitment will be fostered to enhance performance, professionalism, and dedication of all personnel, in support of the realization of FISIP UNRI as a leading faculty in the fields of social and political sciences. (Enggy–RIRY)
