Pekanbaru, 26 November 2025 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), in collaboration with the Smart Entrepreneurship Management Professional Certification Institute (LSP Manajemen Kewirausahaan Cerdas), organized a Training of Trainer (ToT) Program and Competency Certification Test for Data Management Staff. The activity was attended by 20 administrative personnel representing each unit within FISIP UNRI, serving as a collaborative platform for participants to share experiences and develop solutions to data management challenges in their respective units.
The certification test was conducted directly by LSP Manajemen Kewirausahaan Cerdas, and the assessment results will determine participants’ eligibility to obtain the Data Management Staff professional certificate. The training featured Trainer Anggeh Afelina Hutagaol, S.I.Kom., who guided the assessment process and ensured that all certification stages adhered to national competency standards.
The training materials covered fundamental data management concepts, SOP development, and practical use of technology-based administrative tools. Participants also took part in simulations and case studies designed to enhance technical skills in managing both academic and non-academic data.
The event was opened by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., who emphasized that strengthening data management competencies is an essential element in realizing modern, accurate, and digitally adaptive administrative governance. Dr. Mayarni highlighted that reliable data quality accelerates services and supports decision-making processes at the faculty level.
Through this training and certification program, FISIP UNRI reaffirms its commitment to enhancing the professionalism of administrative staff and strengthening more effective and accountable data-driven administrative services. (Enggy-RIRY)
