
Pekanbaru, December 5, 2025 — The Information and Documentation Management Officer (PPID) of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a final preparation meeting for the 2nd PPID Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) 2025. The meeting was attended by faculty leaders and the entire FISIP PPID Team to refine strategies for maintaining their achievement as the Best PPID (Category: Implementing PPID) at Universitas Riau.
The meeting reviewed every assessment component of the Monev, including leadership commitment, quality and availability of information, information disclosure policies, innovation, digitalization, and updates to the FISIP PPID website.
The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., stated that information transparency is an essential aspect of academic integrity.
“PPID is the face of the faculty’s transparency. We must ensure that the information presented is accurate, up-to-date, and meets public service standards. This consistent effort is what will maintain FISIP’s reputation.”


Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., emphasized the importance of administrative readiness and supporting facilities.
“PPID Monev requires orderly documentation and responsive services. We continue to strengthen governance so that FISIP excels further in information transparency.”
The Head of FISIP PPID, Dr. Fajriani Ananda, S.Sos., M.Si., explained that all working groups have been consolidated to ensure compliance with all evaluation components.
“PPID is updating its website, aligning documents, and strengthening service innovations. Cross-unit collaboration is key to achieving the best results in this year’s Monev,” she said.


Similarly, the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., who was met after the meeting, reaffirmed the faculty’s commitment to maintaining its achievements.
“FISIP is determined to uphold its title as the Best PPID (Implementing PPID Category) at Universitas Riau. This is not just about recognition, but also an institutional commitment to delivering high-quality public information services.”
Dr. Meyzi added that FISIP is now certified under ISO 21001:2018, an international standard for educational organizations.
“The ISO 21001:2018 certification demonstrates that FISIP’s governance, services, and learning processes meet international quality standards. This serves as an important foundation for strengthening the integrity and professionalism of public information services through the PPID,” he emphasized.
With increasingly solid preparations, FISIP UNRI is optimistic about facing the 2025 PPID Monev and once again achieving outstanding recognition as a leading faculty in public information transparency. (RIRY)
