Evaluation of Study-Assignment Lecturers: Department of Administrative Sciences Ensures Timely Completion

Pekanbaru, April 29, 2026 — The Department of Administrative Sciences conducted an evaluation for lecturers currently undertaking study assignments as part of its efforts to maintain academic quality and ensure the sustainable development of human resources within the department.

The activity was led by the Acting Head of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., along with the Department Secretary, Suryalena, S.Sos., M.Si., and lecturers currently on study assignments: Geovani, M.P.A., Meiwanda, M.P.A., and Musadad, S.S., M.Sc.

In her remarks, Dr. Mayarni stated that the evaluation meeting aims to monitor the progress of the lecturers’ studies while ensuring that their academic achievements align with the predetermined targets. She emphasized that lecturers on study assignments have a responsibility to maintain academic commitment and complete their studies on time.

“Through this evaluation, we aim to ensure that the study-assignment process runs according to plan, while also providing the necessary support for lecturers to complete their studies optimally.”
She also encouraged lecturers to maintain active communication with the department and to report their academic progress regularly as a form of accountability.

In a separate statement, the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the implementation of the evaluation. According to him, this initiative is an important step in ensuring that investments in human resource development through study assignments yield tangible improvements in the quality of education at the faculty.

He hopes that lecturers currently pursuing their studies will return with enhanced competencies and contribute significantly to the future development of the Department of Administrative Sciences.
This evaluation is expected to serve as a continuous monitoring and mentoring mechanism, enabling lecturers on study assignments to complete their studies successfully and deliver meaningful benefits to the institution. (Enggy-RIRY)
