Taking a Strategic Role, FISIP UNRI Facilitates Briefing on Integrity Zone LKE for the Change Management Area

Pekanbaru — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI) took a strategic role as a facilitator in the Integrity Zone (ZI) Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) Briefing for the Change Management Area organized by Universitas Riau on Monday, March 9, 2026. The activity was conducted in a hybrid format, combining both offline and online participation, with the main venue located at the DPH Meeting Room, 2nd Floor.

The Integrity Zone LKE briefing was carried out as a follow-up to the direction of the Universitas Riau leadership in strengthening the implementation of Integrity Zone development within the university. On that occasion, technical materials regarding the completion of the Integrity Zone Evaluation Worksheet (LKE) were delivered directly by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek) to enhance the understanding of Integrity Zone management teams within higher education institutions.

In its implementation, FISIP UNRI was entrusted to serve as the facilitator for the Change Management Area, which is one of the key components in the development of the Integrity Zone. Through this role, FISIP facilitated the briefing for all Change Management Teams across Universitas Riau who participated both offline and online.

The Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., stated that the activity represents an important step in strengthening both understanding and collective commitment to advancing Integrity Zone development at UNRI.

“As a facilitator in the change management area, FISIP UNRI hopes that this activity can help all teams gain a more comprehensive understanding of the LKE completion process while strengthening the implementation of change management as a crucial foundation in bureaucratic reform,” said Dr. Mayarni.

On a separate occasion, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed appreciation for the trust given to FISIP UNRI to serve as the facilitator in the change management area. According to him, FISIP’s involvement in this activity reflects the faculty’s active contribution in supporting the acceleration of Integrity Zone development within the university.

Through this briefing, it is expected that all Integrity Zone management teams will gain a deeper understanding of the LKE completion process and strengthen the implementation of bureaucratic reform, particularly in the aspect of change management. This effort is expected to contribute to the realization of more transparent, accountable, and integrity-based institutional governance within Universitas Riau. (Enggy-RIRY)
