Pekanbaru, March 6, 2026 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI) held a coordination meeting to prepare for the 2026 monitoring and evaluation of public information transparency at the Akar Beluru Meeting Room, FISIP Universitas Riau, on Friday (March 6). This activity represents a strategic step by the faculty to strengthen the governance of public information services that are accountable, responsive, and increasingly informative.
The meeting was attended directly by the Dean of FISIP UNRI, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, the Head of the Administrative Division, all Working Group (Pokja) Team Leaders, and the PPID Team of FISIP UNRI. The presence of both leadership and implementing teams reflects a shared commitment to preparing FISIP UNRI for the stages of monitoring and evaluation of public information transparency, both at the internal university level and externally.
On this occasion, the Head of PPID FISIP UNRI, Dr. Fajriani Ananda, S.Sos., M.Si., presented the results of the Coordination Meeting of Implementing PPIDs across Universitas Riau, including several key points that require collective attention in facing the Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ) as preparation for the first Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev I) scheduled for mid-2026. In addition, the meeting discussed planned activities to be carried out, various innovations currently being developed to support the improvement of public information service quality within the faculty, as well as readiness for the external monitoring and evaluation by the Riau Provincial Information Commission.


The Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., emphasized that public information transparency is not merely about fulfilling administrative requirements, but rather a part of the institution’s commitment to building public trust. According to him, early preparation is essential so that all supporting instruments, documents, services, and innovations being developed can be well integrated. Dr. Meyzi also stressed that strengthening public information services must be built through collaboration among teams, cross-unit synergy, and a shared commitment among all elements within the faculty. He noted that this collective spirit aligns with efforts to improve service quality within the framework of the Integrity Zone implementation, ensuring that FISIP UNRI is not only prepared for the PPID monitoring and evaluation but also continues to move toward more transparent, effective, and community-oriented public services.

The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., in his remarks, stated that strengthening public information transparency also needs to be supported by orderly and transparent academic governance. He assessed that the readiness of digitalized academic services is one of the key supporting factors that reflects the acceleration of digital transformation for information transparency within the faculty.

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., stated that administrative management, supporting facilities, and document completeness must be ensured to run in alignment so that all assessment indicators can be fulfilled optimally. She expressed hope that strengthened coordination will result in more effective, efficient, and sustainable public information services.

Through this coordination meeting, FISIP UNRI reaffirmed its commitment to continuously improving the quality of public information services, strengthening innovation, and building a stronger culture of transparency for service users. This effort is expected not only to support the success of the 2026 monitoring and evaluation but also to further strengthen FISIP UNRI’s position as an adaptive, transparent, and informative institution in serving the public.
