Pekanbaru, March 9, 2026 — The Dharma Wanita Persatuan of the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (DWP FISIP UNRI) organized a Ramadan Berbagi activity by distributing iftar meal packages on the terrace of the FISIP Dean’s Office Building. The activity was made possible through donations collected from members of DWP FISIP UNRI as a form of care and togetherness during the holy month of Ramadan. In this program, DWP FISIP UNRI distributed 180 boxed meal packages and 70 takjil packages, prioritized for students and members of the academic community who were observing the fast on campus.
The Chairperson of DWP FISIP UNRI, Ny. Delianty Meyzi, who was met during the event, stated that the activity represents a tangible expression of social concern from DWP FISIP UNRI members in sharing happiness during Ramadan.
“The Ramadan Berbagi program is a routine program of Dharma Wanita Persatuan FISIP, funded through donations from the board and members who sincerely wish to share with students and the academic community. We hope that this simple activity can provide benefits and foster a spirit of togetherness and care within the FISIP UNRI community.”
Ny. Deli also added that Ramadan is the right momentum to strengthen the values of empathy, solidarity, and friendship within the campus environment.
Through this activity, DWP FISIP UNRI hopes that the spirit of sharing and social care will continue to grow within FISIP UNRI, while also strengthening the sense of family between Dharma Wanita Persatuan, students, and the entire academic community. (RIRY)
