Pekanbaru — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a Performance Evaluation Meeting for Educational Staff for the year 2025, along with the formulation of the 2026 Work Program, on Thursday (January 8, 2026). The meeting took place in the Meeting Room on the 2nd Floor of the FISIP UNRI Dean’s Building.
The meeting was chaired by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs and attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, the Head of the General Affairs Division, heads of working groups (Pokja), and all educational staff of FISIP UNRI. The presence of the faculty leadership reflected a strong commitment to strengthening coordination and improving the quality of service governance within FISIP UNRI.
The Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., emphasized the importance of evaluation as a collective reflection on the performance of educational staff throughout 2025. The evaluation covered aspects such as discipline, quality of administrative services, effectiveness in task implementation, and the role of educational staff in supporting the university’s tridharma.

On the same occasion, Dr. Mayarni also highlighted several issues requiring collective attention, including faculty facilities and infrastructure, archival management and the role of archivists, as well as readiness for the implementation of the Even Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year. She expressed hope that all work units would continue to work in synergy to ensure optimal academic support services.
Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., presented updates on the digitalization of academic services, which began to be implemented in the Even Semester of the 2025–2026 Academic Year. He noted that digitalization is expected to improve service efficiency while providing greater convenience for lecturers, students, and educational staff. He also stressed the importance of technical and administrative preparedness to ensure that the even semester runs smoothly in accordance with the academic calendar.

In addition to discussing performance evaluation, the meeting also focused on drafting the 2026 work program for educational staff. Various inputs and proposals were put forward by meeting participants as efforts to enhance the quality of academic and non-academic services, strengthen human resource professionalism, and optimize administrative systems within FISIP UNRI.


Through this meeting, FISIP UNRI hopes to foster stronger cooperation and synergy between faculty leadership and educational staff in supporting the achievement of the faculty’s vision and mission, as well as improving the quality of services for the academic community in 2026. (Enggy-RIRY)
