Pekanbaru — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a socialization session on Electronic Signatures (TTE), the Satu UNRI Application, and e-SKP completion on Tuesday (January 13, 2026) at the FISIP UNRI Deanery Meeting Room, 2nd Floor, starting at 09:00 a.m. WIB. This activity formed part of the faculty’s concrete steps to accelerate digital transformation while strengthening orderliness and accountability in both academic and personnel administration.
The event was attended by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, the Head of the General Affairs Division, Heads of Working Groups for Finance and Personnel, the Academic and Student Affairs Working Group, the General Affairs and Academic Facilities Working Group, all administrative staff, as well as student representatives from each study program within FISIP UNRI. The involvement of these various stakeholders is expected to enhance cross-unit coordination and align understanding in the implementation of an integrated administrative system.
In her opening remarks, the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., stated that digital transformation in administrative governance is an unavoidable necessity. According to her, the implementation of TTE, the optimization of the Satu UNRI Application, and the orderly and accurate completion of e-SKP will have a direct impact on improving work efficiency, transparency, and employee performance accountability.

Dr. Mayarni also expressed her hope that the outcomes of this socialization would be applied consistently in daily work activities. A shared commitment from all elements of the faculty is considered crucial to support university policies toward professional and modern administrative governance. The involvement of students in this activity was also viewed as strategic, serving as an early introduction to UNRI’s digital service systems.

On a separate occasion, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., stated that this socialization represents an important step to ensure that academic services operate in a more integrated manner. Dr. Meyzi emphasized that a solid understanding of TTE, the Satu UNRI Application, and e-SKP would help minimize administrative obstacles while accelerating services for the academic community. Synergy among leadership, administrative staff, and students was cited as the key to the successful implementation of digital systems within the faculty.
Participants received explanations on the use of TTE as a legally valid tool in correspondence processes, an introduction to and utilization of services within the Satu UNRI Application, as well as procedures for completing e-SKP in accordance with applicable regulations. To support practical understanding, all participants were required to bring laptops so they could directly try the systems presented by the speakers.
The TTE material was delivered by Jumali, S.E., and Rizka Kumali Sari, S.IP. Both emphasized the importance of implementing TTE to accelerate administrative services, reduce reliance on physical documents, and ensure the security and authenticity of official documents. Participants were also equipped with technical knowledge ranging from activation processes to the use of TTE in various administrative services at UNRI.


Meanwhile, the e-SKP completion material was presented by Aristra Risqunal Ula, S.I.Kom., who explained in detail the mechanisms for completing, assessing, and reporting employee performance through the e-SKP system. She reminded participants of the importance of accuracy and data consistency to ensure that performance evaluations are objective and compliant with regulations. This session was complemented by live simulations and discussions to address any technical issues participants might encounter.

Through this activity, FISIP UNRI reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Universitas Riau’s policies on strengthening digital-based administration, with the aim of realizing faculty governance that is professional, transparent, and responsive to the needs of academic and personnel services in the digital era.
