[ANNOUNCEMENT: Implementation of E-Attendance at Universitas Riau 2026] 📱📢

Hello, the Academic Community of Universitas Riau!

In an effort to improve discipline and administrative efficiency, Universitas Riau officially implements an electronic attendance recording system based on an Android application starting 1 February 2026.

The following are important points that must be noted by all Civil Servants (Lecturers and Administrative Staff):

✅ Application: Download “E-Presensi Unri” from the Google Play Store.

✅ WFO/WFA: Integrated through the portal https://logbook.unri.ac.id
.

✅ For Non-Android Users: Attendance is conducted via the portal
https://logbook.unri.ac.id/manual_presensi
(using the Universitas Riau internet network).

✅ Function: Attendance data will be used for the calculation of remuneration, meal allowances, and discipline evaluation.
