Employee Inspection, FISIP UNRI Reinforces Commitment to Service Quality and Integrity Zone

Pekanbaru, April 14, 2026 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), continues to demonstrate its commitment to strengthening a professional and integrity-driven work culture through an employee discipline inspection conducted on Tuesday (14/4/2026). The activity was led by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., accompanied by the Acting Head of the General Affairs Division, Muhammad Arsyad, M.Kom.

The inspection focused on employee attendance and readiness at the beginning of working hours within the FISIP UNRI environment. Based on the monitoring results, the majority of employees were present on time and prepared to carry out their respective duties. This level of discipline serves as an important indicator in maintaining the quality of services provided to the academic community and the public.

In her statement, Dr. Mayarni emphasized that this activity is part of an ongoing effort to ensure institutional governance is implemented in accordance with the principles of accountability and integrity.

“This inspection is not merely about checking employee attendance, but also part of internal supervision to ensure that a culture of discipline is consistently maintained. It also reflects our strong commitment to supporting the development of an Integrity Zone within FISIP UNRI,” she stated.

Furthermore, Dr. Mayarni added that discipline is a fundamental foundation in building high-quality public services. By ensuring employees are present on time and perform according to established standards, the institution can deliver optimal, efficient, and responsive services.

Meanwhile, Muhammad Arsyad, M.Kom., stated that similar activities will continue to be conducted regularly as part of internal monitoring and evaluation mechanisms.

“We will continue routine monitoring as a form of enforcing discipline and strengthening work culture. Hopefully, all employees will become increasingly aware of their responsibilities, which will directly contribute to improving the quality of institutional services,” he explained.

FISIP UNRI remains committed to building a professional, transparent, and service-oriented work environment. This effort is also an important part of supporting the realization of good governance, as well as strengthening the Integrity Zone toward a corruption-free and service-oriented bureaucracy. (RIRY)
