Pekanbaru, April 2, 2026 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a performance evaluation meeting for its administrative staff (Tendik) for March 2026 as well as the First Quarter of 2026. The meeting took place in the Dean’s Meeting Room on the second floor of FISIP UNRI, starting at 2:00 PM until completion.
The meeting was attended by the Head of General Affairs, the Head of the Academic and Student Affairs Working Group, the Head of the Finance and Personnel Working Group, the Head of the General Affairs and Academic Facilities Working Group, the Coordinator of the Branch Library, as well as all civil servant (PNS) and government contract (PPPK) administrative staff within FISIP UNRI.
The session was led directly by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si. In her remarks, she emphasized the importance of regular evaluations as an effort to improve the performance and professionalism of administrative staff.
“This evaluation is an essential part of ensuring that all duties and functions are carried out effectively. We must continue to enhance service quality, discipline, and responsibility in supporting academic and administrative activities within FISIP,” said Dr. Mayarni.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Finance and Personnel Working Group, Novri Yeni Indra, S.Kom., M.Si., also delivered her evaluation, highlighting discipline as the fundamental pillar of administrative staff performance.
“Discipline is the key to building a professional work culture. Punctuality, compliance with regulations, and consistency in carrying out duties must be our shared priority. With strong discipline, all administrative processes and services will run more effectively and in an orderly manner,” she stated.
On a separate occasion, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, reaffirmed that the performance evaluation of administrative staff is a crucial part of strengthening sustainable faculty governance.
“Administrative staff play a strategic role in supporting the smooth implementation of academic and administrative processes. Therefore, improving performance, integrity, and service quality must remain a shared priority so that FISIP UNRI can provide increasingly professional and responsive services,” he remarked.
The meeting also served as an open discussion forum for all participants to share input, challenges, and solutions related to their daily responsibilities. Through this evaluation, it is expected that the performance of administrative staff within FISIP UNRI will continue to improve and deliver excellent services.
Through this activity, FISIP UNRI reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing governance quality and delivering professional, accountable academic services oriented toward continuous institutional improvement. (Enggy-RIRY)
