
Pekanbaru, October 1, 2025 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a performance evaluation meeting for employees for the September 2025 period. The agenda, conducted in the FISIP Dean’s Meeting Room, also served as the first gathering between the leadership and the Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) assigned within the faculty. The meeting took place in a warm and collaborative atmosphere. In addition to faculty leaders and Working Group (Pokja) Heads from each division, staff members were also present to take part in the evaluation. The presence of newly appointed PPPK employees brought fresh energy to the event.
The meeting was chaired by the Vice Dean for Finance and General Affairs, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., representing the Dean of FISIP UNRI. Dr. Mayarni expressed appreciation for the hard work of all employees during September and extended congratulations to the newly appointed PPPK staff. “We hope our PPPK colleagues can strengthen performance and administrative services at FISIP. Let us maintain professionalism and unity together so that services for students and the community continue to improve.”

Meanwhile, the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., emphasized the important role of all employees in supporting academic activities. He reminded everyone that integrity and professionalism must remain fundamental, particularly in delivering quality academic services. “Collaboration among staff is the key to success. With strong teamwork, the quality of educational services at FISIP can continue to improve.”

Beyond evaluating performance achievements, the meeting also addressed various challenges faced by each division, ranging from the effectiveness of administrative services, optimization of core duties and functions, to internal communication. The forum concluded with an interactive discussion, giving employees the opportunity to share input and ideas for service improvement.
This event was not only a space for evaluation but also a means to strengthen teamwork among personnel within FISIP. With a spirit of togetherness, FISIP UNRI is optimistic about enhancing the quality of governance and services, in line with the university’s vision to produce excellent and competitive human resources.
