The main agenda of the meeting included the presentation of evaluation results from each work unit, discussion of performance achievements, identification of challenges encountered, and the formulation of improvement strategies. The open and constructive discussion generated various ideas to accelerate administrative processes, strengthen interdepartmental coordination, and improve public service convenience within the faculty environment.
Through regular evaluations, FISIP UNRI is optimistic that the performance of administrative staff will become increasingly solid, professional, and competitive. This step is also expected to support the university’s vision as a center of education, research, and community service that is excellent, has integrity, and is a source of pride for the region and the nation.
