Pekanbaru, October 8, 2025 — The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences, Universitas Riau (FISIP UNRI), held a Technical Socialization on the Preparation of Employee Performance Targets (Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai or SKP) for Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK). The event took place on Wednesday morning (Oct 8) at the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the FISIP UNRI Dean’s Building.
The socialization was attended by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, the Head of General Affairs, Heads of Working Groups (Pokja) including Academic and Student Affairs, Finance and Personnel, and General and Academic Facilities, along with all PPPK educational staff members of FISIP UNRI.
In his opening remarks, the Dean of FISIP UNRI, represented by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., emphasized the importance of understanding SKP preparation as a means to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance.
“SKP is not merely an administrative requirement, but a tool to assess each employee’s contribution and achievement toward institutional progress. Therefore, I hope all participants truly understand and are able to apply it properly,” said Dr. Auradian.

The Head of General Affairs of FISIP UNRI, Susi Heptariani Z., S.E.Ak., M.Ak., explained that the activity aimed to standardize technical understanding in SKP preparation so that performance evaluations within the faculty can be carried out more systematically and consistently.
