Commitment to Transparency: Community Satisfaction Index Charts
The Faculty of Social and Political Sciences at the University of Riau (FISIP UNRI) consistently conducts Community Satisfaction Index (CSI) assessments as a form of evaluation regarding the quality of public services within the faculty environment.
Started since 2023, the assessment results are presented in interactive graphic formats aimed at measuring the level of service user satisfaction across several key aspects:
Compliance with procedures and service requirements
Speed and punctuality of service delivery
Competence and courtesy of staff behavior
Quality of facilities, infrastructure, and complaint handling
"The data obtained serves as a strategic foundation for FISIP UNRI to formulate steps for continuous service quality improvement."
