On September 21, 2024, the Tourism Student Association (Himapar) celebrated its 22nd anniversary at the Tourism Laboratory. The event was attended by the Head of the Department of Administrative Sciences, Dr. Febri Yuliani, S.Sos., M.Si, the Coordinator of the Tourism Business Management Study Program, Dr. Mariaty Ibrahim, M.Si., lecturers, staff, and also alumni of the Tourism Business Management Study Program. Various activities were prepared by the event committee to enliven Himapar's anniversary.
Rahmadini from the 2023 class served as the MC for the Himapar anniversary celebration. The event was opened with a traditional dance performance by the UPW Abinaya Bertuah Art Studio.
The Director of Himapar, Muhammad Zikri, expressed his hope that Himapar will continue to grow and implement the vision and ideas put forward by the organization's founders.
The Coordinator of the Tourism Business Management Study Program, Dr. Mariaty Ibrahim, M.Si, conveyed her hope that Himapar will continue to implement its positive ideas for the organization's future. She also expressed her gratitude to the organizing committee for the success of the event.
The event also featured the cutting of the "tumpeng" (a traditional cone-shaped rice dish) as a sign of gratitude for this special day. This memorable moment is hoped to inspire new enthusiasm for Himapar in facing future challenges and to be an inspiration for all Himapar members in advancing the organization.
