Information and Documentation Management Officer of FISIP Universitas Riau Holds Preparation Meeting for Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev)

Pekanbaru, December 13, 2024 – In preparation for the Monitoring and Evaluation (Monev) activities of the Implementing Information and Documentation Management Officers (PPID) within Universitas Riau, scheduled for December 23-24, 2024, the PPID of FISIP Universitas Riau held a hybrid preparation meeting. The meeting took place from 3:00 PM to 3:40 PM WIB via the Zoom Meeting platform and in the Meeting Room of the FISIP Dean’s Building at Universitas Riau.

The meeting was chaired by the Head of PPID FISIP, Dr. Fajriani Ananda, S.Sos., M.Si., and attended by the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.Si., Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., and the FISIP PPID Team. The main agenda focused on preparing for the Monev implementation.

In his remarks, the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si., emphasized the importance of this Monev activity as part of FISIP Universitas Riau's commitment to enhancing public information transparency services. “This activity is not just an evaluation but also a strategic step to ensure that information transparency services at FISIP meet the established standards,” said Dr. Meyzi.

Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A., highlighted the importance of synergy among all PPID team members in preparing the necessary documents and data. “We must ensure that all the information presented in the Monev reflects FISIP's best performance,” he stated.

Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., added that technical aspects of the time schedule preparation must be carefully addressed to ensure the Monev runs smoothly. “Good coordination is crucial, especially in aligning schedules and supporting documents,” Dr. Mayarni explained.

The Head of PPID FISIP, Dr. Fajriani Ananda, S.Sos., M.Si., expressed her appreciation and gratitude to the entire team for their dedication in preparing for the Monev agenda. “With solid collaboration, I am confident that the PPID of FISIP can deliver its best performance in the Monev of the Universitas Riau Implementing PPID,” said Dr. Fajriani.

The meeting resulted in several important agreements regarding task distribution and implementation schedules, which will serve as a reference for the Monev activities on December 23-24, 2024. This activity is expected to strengthen the implementation of public information transparency principles.
