On December 5, 2024, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Riau held a performance evaluation meeting for November 2024 as part of the implementation of the Integrity Zone program for Corruption-Free Areas (WBK) and Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Areas (WBBM). The meeting was attended by the Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si, the Head of Administrative Affairs, Susi Heptariani Z, S.E. Ak., M.Ak, as well as sub-coordinators from various divisions and all administrative staff, both ASN (civil servants) and non-ASN.

Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si, the Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance, delivered a presentation on employee discipline. She emphasized the importance of maintaining discipline as a key factor in creating a work environment free from corruption and abuse of power. Employee discipline is regarded as a fundamental pillar for fostering integrity and achieving optimal performance within the bureaucratic environment.

Susi Heptariani Z, S.E. Ak., M.Ak, the Head of Administrative Affairs, highlighted the importance of implementing proper administrative governance. Orderly administration is seen as a concrete effort to establish a clean and service-oriented bureaucracy within FISIP Universitas Riau.

The November 2024 performance evaluation meeting also reflected FISIP Universitas Riau's commitment to realizing good governance and integrity. Through the active participation of all administrative staff, a professional, transparent, and accountable work culture is expected to emerge. With the Integrity Zone program (WBK and WBBM), FISIP Universitas Riau strives to become a role model for the implementation of the Integrity Zone within Universitas Riau.
