engkalis, 14 Agustus 2024 — In an effort to support the achievement of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), especially point 5 regarding gender equality, 12 KUKERTA MBKM University of Riau (UNRI) students from the Department of International Relations and Sociology, totaling 12 people under the guidance of Lecturer Dr. Yusnarida Eka Nizmi, S.IP., M.Si, held a socialization regarding equal education in Lubuk Garam Village, Siak Kecil, Bengkalis Regency. This activity was carried out with members of the Lubuk Garam Village Children's Forum (FANLUGAR).
Chairman of KUKERTA MBKM UNRI, Mhd. Urfa Hunaufalkhair explained that this socialization program aims to increase the awareness of children in Lubuk Garam Village about the importance of equal education for all, regardless of gender. "We want to instill an understanding that both boys and girls have the same right to get a high and quality education," said Chairman Urfa.
