On November 12, 2024, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Riau, which operates the Integrated Service Mall (MPT), plans to transition its services to a digital format integrated within the SATU UNRI system. FISIP Universitas Riau will be the first faculty to implement this initiative by holding an online service training session in the Meeting Room of the Dean's Office on the second floor.
The training was attended by the Dean of FISIP Universitas Riau, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si, Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP., M.A, Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si, Head of Administrative Coordination, Susi Heptariani Z., S.E.Ak, M.Ak, Sub-Coordinator for Finance and Personnel, Khudriani, S.P., M.Si, Sub-Coordinator for Academic Affairs, Syuryanti Iskandar, S.H, Sub-Coordinator for Student Affairs, Shaffia Mia Friana, S.Kom, Sub-Coordinator for General and Academic Facilities, Rudiman, S.Sos, all SATU UNRI operators from FISIP Universitas Riau, and guest speaker Dr. Ibnu Daqiqil Id, S.Kom, M.T.I, Ph.D., Head of the UPT TIK Universitas Riau.
The Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si, explained how the transformation to digital services could improve the quality of services for students and accelerate administrative processes within the faculty.
In a separate statement, the Dean of FISIP, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si, highlighted the importance of implementing integrated online services within the SATU UNRI system. Dr. Meyzi emphasized that this step would bring numerous benefits in terms of efficiency and ease of access for students in obtaining academic and administrative services.
As the main speaker at the event, Dr. Ibnu Daqiqil Id, S.Kom, M.T.I, Ph.D., provided a detailed explanation of the use of the online service system within the SATU UNRI framework. Dr. Ibnu underscored the importance of first defining which types of services will be transitioned into the integrated online system. This step will ensure a smooth and effective implementation of the new system, offering optimal benefits for students and all parties involved in this process.
