On October 11, 2024, FISIP Universitas Riau held a hybrid meeting to finalize and plan the implementation of SOPs developed in preparation for ISO 21001:2018, in collaboration with NSQ Indonesia as a supporting partner. The event was attended by the Dean of FISIP Universitas Riau, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si, Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP, M.Si, Vice Dean II for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si, Head of Administration, Susi Heptariani Z., SE.Ak, M.Ak, Academic Sub-coordinator, Syuryanti Iskandar, S.H, Finance and Personnel Sub-coordinator, Khudriani, S.Pi., M.Si, Student Affairs Sub-coordinator, Shaffia Mia Friana, S.Kom, General Affairs and Academic Facilities Sub-coordinator, Rudiman, S.Sos., Head of the ISO Preparation Team at FISIP, Dr. Baskoro Wicaksono, S.IP., M.IP., Head of Public Relations/PPIF FISIP, Dr. Fajriani Ananda, S.Sos., M.Si., and the ISO Preparation Team of FISIP Universitas Riau.
In his opening remarks, Dr. Meyzi Heriyanto, S.Sos., M.Si, expressed his gratitude and appreciation for the hard work of the ISO Preparation Team at FISIP, noting that this is a significant moment in achieving the collective goal of drafting the SOPs for FISIP Universitas Riau. Dr. Meyzi is optimistic that the implementation of these SOPs will proceed as planned.
The Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Dr. Auradian Marta, S.IP, M.A., emphasized the importance of SOPs in facilitating all activities at FISIP Universitas Riau. SOPs provide a clear outline of the duties and responsibilities of each department.
The Head of the ISO Preparation Team, Dr. Baskoro Wicaksono, S.IP., M.IP., explained that the SOPs contain the service standards that must be followed in carrying out all activities at FISIP Universitas Riau and serve as a guide for addressing any potential issues.
NSQ Indonesia conducted a review of all the completed SOPs. The meeting also discussed coordination and communication mechanisms between departments and all work units within FISIP Universitas Riau.-Enggy-RIRY-
