On October 3, 2024, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences (FISIP) at Universitas Riau held an employee performance evaluation meeting to assess employee performance for the third quarter of 2024. The meeting took place at 1:30 PM WIB in the Dean's Meeting Room on the second floor.
This performance evaluation is part of the ongoing efforts to realize a Corruption-Free Zone and a Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Zone (WBK and WBBM) within the Integrity Zone.
The meeting was attended by the Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., the Head of Administration, Susi Heptariani, SE. Ak, M.Ak, the Sub-Coordinator for Finance and Personnel, Khudriani, S.P., M.Si., and all FISIP administrative staff. The purpose was to assess employee performance during the third quarter of 2024 and review the progress made in improving performance at FISIP Universitas Riau.
Dr. Mayarni, S.Sos., M.Si., Vice Dean for General Affairs and Finance, provided guidance on improving services in each department. This is crucial as it impacts the Integrity Zone assessment, which serves as one of the indicators of success in implementing WBK and WBBM.
She also instructed all administrative staff in each department to check and organize the inventory data of their respective rooms. This instruction aims to ensure that all activities, such as procurement and maintenance of room inventories, are well-monitored and carried out transparently and openly.
Additionally, the meeting discussed issues that need to be addressed and formulated concrete solutions to resolve these problems. This is important for improving the quality of performance in every department.
Through this employee performance evaluation meeting, FISIP Universitas Riau aims to continuously improve itself in order to provide the best educational services to all students enrolled at FISIP Universitas Riau.
